GLASS SOCIETY Lecture Tuesday 12 November 2019 Sally Scott F.G.E ' What goes into the making of large scale glass commissions ? '

Sally Scott F.G.E., architectural glass engraver and painter, will give us an insight into her career in glass (spanning over three decades); with a focus on her commission to design the new entrance to Ripon Cathedral in 2012. This will be accompanied by a film following the stages of this project from start to finish. She will also discuss her work on an even larger scale at Leeds Minster and the Roman Catholic National Shrine to Our Lady in Walsingham.
